THE JOURNEY

Chef Colleen brings more than 20 years of cooking experience to her Personal Chef and Catering business.  After many years as a strategic management consultant in Washington, DC, the need for balance and creativity in her life, lead to the creation of a full service catering company and her rapidly expanding Personal Chef business.  She is largely self-taught, but has also studied specialized areas at L’Academie de Cuisine, Washington’s foremost cooking school.  This combined with over 18 years of Special Event planning and catering for 50-500 people, Chef Colleen is passionate about delivering the personal touch this service offers her clients.  Her menus reflect her versatility in the kitchen and the fun she has preparing old standby’s, as well as updated, healthy selections.
